Admins & Access Control

Pick who can control PW Command Center, invite users, manage projects, and change permissions.

Admin Users

Recommendation: keep only Ryan + one backup as Super Admin. Everyone else should be Project Admin or lower.

Admin Levels

Super Admin

Full control: all projects, users, permissions, deletion, and settings.

Project Admin

Can manage selected projects, tasks, files, schedule, and project members.

Standard Member

Can participate based on assigned permissions.

View Only

Can view allowed project information but cannot edit.

Admin access

Add or edit admin

Choose admin level and whether access applies to all projects or a specific project.
